On Saturday, March 14th, every parish in the Diocese of Cleveland received a letter from Bishop Lennon as to his decisions regarding the future of each parish in light of the cluster proposals submitted in late 2008. Regarding consolidation,
St. Charles Borromeo, St. Leo the Great, and St. Thomas More Parishes will continue.
Corpus Christi and Our Lady of Good Counsel Parishes will merge, with the worship site at Our Lady of Good Counsel and other issues to be addressed in further discussion with Bishop Lennon.

Parishes Await Letter from Bishop Lennon |

Parishes in the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland will soon receive a letter from Bishop Lennon in response to the cluster plans that they submitted this Fall. Letters are scheduled to arrive at parishes on Saturday, March 14th and will be read at all weekend masses in each parish.
Each cluster plan was submitted to the Office of the Bishop where they were sent for an initial review and consultation from the Vibrant Parish Life II committee. Next, cluster plans were reviewed by the Bishop's Staff. Recently, the Bishop presented his consultation on the plans and his own thoughts to the Presbyteral Council (as required by Canon Law). Taking into consideration all of these consultative levels, Bishop Lennon has drafted letters to each cluster with his decisions regarding their make-up.

Cluster Proposal To Be Announced--Info Meetings Planned |

This coming weekend, October 11th and 12th, the parishes in NW Cluster 3 will announce the proposal that will be sent to Bishop Lennon. In addition to this announcement, the Cluster Planning Team will hold 5 informational meetings about the proposal:
- Monday, October 13th at 7pm- St Leo the Great ( Church)
- Wednesday, October 15th at 7:30pm-St. Charles Borromeo (Lower Monaghan Hall)
- Thursday, October 16th at 7pm—St. Thomas More (Church)
- Sunday, October 19th following the 10am mass at Corpus Christi ( Church)
- Monday, October 20th at 7pm—Our Lady of Good Counsel (Parish Center)
Please plan on attending this meeting to listen to the proposal, it's history and where we go from here. In addition, your comments and questions will be welcomed.
